PM Modi defends National Population Register, slams opposition for spreading rumours

While discussing the motion of thanks to President’s address in Rajya Sabha, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that the NPR and Census were ‘normal administrative processes’ and people are being misled by opposition parties on these issues only to create anarchy in the country.
