दिल्ली में कई जिंदगियां तबाह हुई हैं। कई परिवार हमेशा-हमेशा के लिए उजड़ गए हैं। किसी का एक ही झटके में परिवार, धन-संपत्ति-आशियान सब खत्म हो गया है। दिल्ली हिंसा में मारे गए ऐसे ही लोगों में सिर्फ 23 साल का एक नौजवान राकुर भी हैं। परिवार के लिए ही नहीं, पड़ोसियों के लिए भी वह एक होनहार युवक थे। एसएसबी पास करने के बाद उनकी सरकारी नौकरी पक्की थी। लेकिन, उन्होंने अपने लिए,अपने परिवार और अपने देश के लिए उससे भी बड़ा सपना बुना था। सिर्फ सपने बुने ही नहीं थे, उसे हासिल करने की ओर सही दिशा में कदम बढ़ा भी रहे थे। किभी भी वक्त और बड़ी सफलता उनका कदम चूम सकती थी। लेकिन, दंगाइयों की एक गोली ने सब कुछ तबाह कर दिया।
एक होनहार नौजवान का दुखद अंत
पिछले 24-25 फरवरी को जब दिल्ली जल रही थी तो उसकी चपेट में आने से बृजपुरी भी नहीं बच पाई। जैसे-जैसे हालात सामान्य हो रहे हैं, वैसे-वैसे एक से बढ़कर एक वो मार्मिक कहानियां भी सामने आ रही हैं, जिसके बारे में सुनकर भी बदन सिहर उठता है। दिल्ली में हिंसा की चपेट में आए सैकड़ों परिवारों में से एक राहुल के परिवार की भी वही दास्तां है। सिर्फ 23 साल के राहुल ठाकुर से उनके माता-पिता को भी उतनी ही उम्मीदें थीं, जितनी कि किसी भी होनहार बच्चे से हर मां-बाप का हो सकता है। लेकिन, आज परिवार और पड़ोस में सिर्फ मातम पसरा है। राहुल अपने पिता की तरह ही देश की सेवा करने का सपना बुन रहे थे। उनके पिता आरपीएफ में जवान हैं। लेकिन, हिंसा की चपेट में आकर आज राहुल के सपने और उनके पिता की उम्मीदें सब जलकर राख हो चुकी हैं।
एक गोली चली और सारे सपने बिखर गए
उत्तर-पूर्वी दिल्ली के हिंसा-प्रभावित बृजपुरी इलाके में रहने वाले राहुल ठाकुर एसएससी की परीक्षा पास कर चुके थे। लेकिन, उन्होंने आईएएस बनने का सपना देखा था। उनकी सिविल सर्विसेज की परीक्षा की तैयारी भी सही दिशा में चल रही थी। दो-दो बार प्रिलिम्स निकाल भी चुके थे। उम्र और चांस बचे हुए थे, इसलिए हौसला बनाए रखा था कि एक दिन जीवन का सबसे बड़ा ख्वाब भी पूरा होगा। लेकिन, उन्होंने कभी नहीं सोचा था कि 25 फरवरी को दहशत की आग में उनके परिवार के सारे सुनहरे सपने बिखर कर रह जाएंगे। राहुल के चचेरे भाई अंकित के मुताबिक, शाम के 4 बज रहे होंगे। बाहर खूब हंगामा मचा था। शोर सुनकर राहुल खुद को रोक नहीं पाए। उन्होंने घर से बाहर कदम रखा ही था कि अचानक एक गोली चली और वह उनके सिर को पार कर निकल गई। उस बवाल के बीच भी परिवार वाले किसी तरह लहूलुहान राहुल को पास के एक क्लीनिक तक ले गए। वहां से जीटीबी अस्पताल भेज दिया गया और फिर सब कुछ खत्म हो गया।
बृजपुरी के ‘सबसे खुशहाल स्कूल’ का हुआ ये हाल
दंगाइयों ने हिंसा-प्रभावित बाकी इलाकों की तरह बृजपुरी में भी भारी तबाही मचाई है। हिंसा का मंजर ऐसा था कि दंगाइयों ने स्कूलों को भी नहीं बख्शा। ऊपर की तस्वीर बृजपुरी के ही अरुण मॉडर्न स्कूल की है। इसी से अंदाजा लग सकता है कि क्लासरूम में जो बच्चे मौजूद रहे होंगे, उनपर उस वक्त क्या गुजरी होगी। ऊपर की तस्वीरें तो मामला शांत होने के बाद ली गई हैं। इस स्कूल के बाहर एक बोर्ड लगा हुआ था, जिसमें लिखा था कि ‘सबसे खुशहाल स्कूल में आपका स्वागत है’। लेकिन, अब न वह बोर्ड नजर आ रहा है और न ही स्कूल का गेट, क्योंकि सब कुछ जलाया जा चुका है। लाइब्रेरी की किताबें जमीन पर पड़ी हुई हैं।
लगातार बढ़ रहा है मौत का आंकड़ा
तीन-चार दिनों तक जलने के बाद उत्तर-पूर्वी दिल्ली की आग धीरे-धीरे बुझ रही है। लेकिन,जैसे-जैसे नाले खंगाले जा रहे हैं मौत का आंकड़ा बढ़ता जा रहा है। अब तक 39 लोगों की मौत की पुष्टि हो चुकी है। लेकिन, जिस तरह से नालों से लाशें मिलने का सिलसिला शुरू हुआ है, उससे मृतकों की संख्या को लेकर आशंकाएं गहराती जा रही हैं। नाले में सबसे पहला शव चांदबाग इलाके में आईबी कर्मचारी अंकित शर्मा का मिला था। गुरुवार को गोकुलपुरी के गंगा विहार के पास नाले से 2 शव बरामद और हुए थे। इसके बाद दिल्ली पुलिस ने नालों को खंगालने का भी काम शुरू किया है। हिंसाग्रस्त इलाकों में जिस तरह से दुकानें और घरों को जलाया गया है, उससे आशंका है कि राखों की ढेर में भी कुछ शव निकल आए तो हैरानी नहीं होगी। क्योंकि, सोनिया विहार इलाके के ग्रीन गार्डन में एक जली हुई कार के पास से भी डेड बॉडी मिली है, जिसकी पहचान नहीं हो पाई है।

NEW DELHI: India on Thursday hit out at the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, OIC, for its statement on Delhi violence, saying the comments are factually inaccurate and misleading. External Affairs Ministry Spokesman Raveesh Kumar urged bodies like the OIC, not to make irresponsible statements at this sensitive time.
“The statements which have come out of OIC are factually inaccurate, they are selective, they are misleading. There is an effort on the ground, to restore normalcy, to create confidence,” Raveesh Kumar said.
“We urge these bodies not to indulge in irresponsible statements at this sensitive time,” he said.

लगातार तीन दिन से दिल्ली में हो रही हिंसा को रोकने में दिल्ली पुलिस नाकाम रही है। ऐसे में गृह मंत्री अमित शाह ने खुद इसकी कमान संभालते हुए राजधानी में शांति बनाने को बड़े कदम उठाने शुरू कर दिए हैं। अमित शाह ने एक बैठक बुलाई है, जिसमें बीजेपी प्रदेश अध्यक्ष मनोज तिवारी, दिल्ली के सीएम अरविंद केजरीवाल और दिल्ली के एलजी अनिल बैजल समेत कई बड़े अधिकारियों को बुलाया है। इसके साथ ही दिल्ली में पैरामिलिट्री फोर्स की तैनाती भी कर दी गई है। मिली जानकारी के अनुसार, दिल्ली में सबसे ज्यादा हिंसा उत्तरी-पूर्वी में हो रही है, जिसको देखते हुए गृह मंत्रालय ने 35 पैरामिलिट्री फोर्स को यहां पर लगा दिया है। पैरामिलिट्री फोर्स दिल्ली की स्पेशल सेल, क्राइम ब्रांच और दिल्ली पुलिस के साथ मिलकर काम करेगी। बताया जा रहा है कि अब जो भी लोग हिंसा करने के सड़क पर उतरेंगे उनके कोई नरमी नहीं बरती जाएगी और कड़ा एक्शन लेने का निर्देश जारी कर दिया गया है। इससे पहले दिल्ली के सीएम अरविंद केजरीवाल ने भी मीडिया को संबोधित करते हुए कहा था कि दिल्ली पुलिस की संख्या काफी कम है। इसी के साथ दिल्ली पुलिस को ऊपर से एक्शन लेने का कोई ऑर्डर नहीं है। दिल्ली पुलिस को दंगा करने वालों पर लाठीचार्ज और हवा में फायरिंग करने की अनुमति मिलनी चाहिए। केजरीवाल ने क्या कहा… दिल्ली में सीएम अरविंद केजरीवाल ने मीडिया के सामने आते हुए हिंसा करने वाले लोगों से शांति बनाए रखने की अपील की। केजरीवाल ने कहा कि आपकी जो भी मांग है, उनको शांति से सुना जाएगा, हिंसा से किसी का भला नहीं होता। उन्होंने कहा कि जिन लोगों की दुकान जलाई गई, जिन लोगों की दुकानों और गाड़ियों को नुकसान पहुंचाया गया वह सभी आपके भाई-बहन है। केजरीवाल ने यह भी कहा कि हमारे विधायकों से मेरी बात हुई तो उन्होंने बताया कि दिल्ली पुलिस की संख्या काफी कम है। इसी के साथ दिल्ली पुलिस को ऊपर से एक्शन लेने का कोई ऑर्डर नहीं है। दिल्ली पुलिस को दंगा करने वालों पर लाठीचार्ज और हवा में फायरिंग करने की अनुमति मिलनी चाहिए। इसी के साथ दिल्ली के सीएम ने कहा कि बॉर्डर इलाके के विधायकों ने मुझे इस बात की जानकारी दी है कि दूसरे प्रदेशों से लोग आकर दिल्ली में हिंसा करने में लगे हुए है। ऐसे में हमें दिल्ली के बॉर्डर को सील करना चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा कि मेरी 12 बजे गृह मंत्री अमित शाह से मुलाकात है और मैं उनसे बात करके इन मुद्दों को उठाऊंगा ताकि दिल्ली में शांति को कायम किया जा सके। अबतक 7 की मौत दिल्ली में लगातार तीसरे दिन भी हिंसा की खबर सामने आ रही हैं। दिल्ली पुलिस के मुताबिक हिंसा में मरने वालों की संख्या सात हो गई है। उत्तर पूर्व दिल्ली में भड़की हिंसा में एक कांस्टेबल और 6 स्थानीय लोगों की जान जा चुकी है। इसे पहले मौजपुर इलाके में आज सुबह फिर से हिंसा भड़क गई है। उपद्रवियों ने दो गाड़ियों को आग लगा दी और पथराव किया। इसके अलावा ब्रह्मपुरी इलाके में भी हिंसा और पथराव की खबरे हैं। नॉर्थ-ईस्ट दिल्ली के हिंसा प्रभावित इलाकों में धारा 144 लगा दी गई है। साथ ही हिंसा प्रभावित इलाकों में भारी सुरक्षाबलों की तैनाती कर दी गई है। हिंसा की वजह से जाफराबाद, मौजपुर-बाबरपुर, गोकुलपुरी, जौहरी इन्क्लेव और शिव विहार मेट्रो स्टेशन के एंट्री और एग्जिट गेट को भी बंद करना पड़ा, ट्रेनें वेलकम स्टेशन से ही टर्मिनेट होंगी।

शाहीन बाग में नागरिकता संशोधन कानून के खिलाफ मुस्लिम महिलाएं 15 दिसंबर से धरने पर बैठी हैं। इन महिलाओं की मांग है कि सरकार नागरिकता संशोधन कानून को वापस ले। इस धरने के खिलाफ सुप्रीम कोर्ट में पीआईएल भी दायर की गई है जिसपर सर्वोच्च अदालत सोमवार को सुनवाई करेगी। वहीं, सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने चार महीने के बच्चे की मौत के मामले पर स्वत: संज्ञान लिया है। चार महीने के बच्चे को उसकी मां अपने साथ लेकर विरोध प्रदर्शन में गई थी। शाहीन बाग से लौटने के बाद इस मासूम की सोते समय मौत हो गई थी।
नागरिकता संशोधन एक्ट को लेकर हो रहा विरोध प्रदर्शन अब धीरे-धीरे उग्र होता जा रहा है। जानकारी के लिए बता दें दिल्ली में इस एक्ट के विरोध में प्रदर्शनकारियों ने हिंसा करनी शुरू कर दी है। इतना ही नहीं इसमें से कुछ उपद्रवियों ने गोलियां भी चलाई। जिसमें एक हेड कांस्टेबल की मृत्यु भी हो गई है। वहीं डीसीपी और एसीपी दर्जे के अधिकारी इस झड़प में घायल हुए हैं।
आपको जानकर हैरानी होगी कि दिल्ली हिंसा को लेकर गृह मंत्रालय ने सक्रियता दिखाते हुए इसकी जांच तुरंत शुरू कर दी। शुरुआती जांच में जो रिपोर्ट आई है उसे देखकर सुरक्षा एजेंसियों के होश उड़ गए हैं। दरअसल जांच में स्पष्ट किया गया है कि प्रदर्शनकारी ट्रंप के भारत दौरे पर दिल्ली को जला देने की साजिश में थे तथा यह प्रदर्शनकारी जानबूझकर नागरिकता संशोधन एक्ट के विरोध का मुखौटा ओढ़कर आए थे। इनका मुख्य लक्ष्य अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप के भारतीय दौरे को अव्यवस्थित करना था। गौरतलब है कि डोनाल्ड ट्रंप की पत्नी मेलानिया ट्रंप को दिल्ली के एक स्कूल में जाना था। लेकिन दिल्ली में हुई इतनी भयंकर हिंसा के बाद यह कार्य लगभग असंभव सा हो गया है। क्योंकि हिंसा को देखते हुए दिल्ली के सभी स्कूलों को बंद कर दिया गया है। हालांकि गृह मंत्रालय की पहली रिपोर्ट देखकर किसी को भी यकीन नहीं हो रहा है कि प्रदर्शनकारियों का लक्ष्य पूरी दिल्ली को जला देने का था।

शाहरुख ने पुलिस पर 8 राउंड फायरिंग की थी, स्वामी ने सेना बुलाने की माँग की है दिल्ली में दंगाइयों ने सोमवार को पूरे दिन कहर बरपाया। एक तरफ सोशल मीडिया पर लिबरलों व मीडिया का एक गिरोह उन्हें बचाने में लगा रहा, दूसरी तरफ़ दंगाइयों ने पुलिस कॉन्स्टेबल रतनलाल को मार डाला। एक व्यक्ति की तस्वीर वायरल हुई थी, जो हाथ में पिस्तौल लहराते हुए फायरिंग कर रहा था और पुलिसकर्मियों को धमका रहा था। सोशल मीडिया पर उसकी पहचान छिपाने की भरसक कोशिश की गई लेकिन वो विफल रहे। उक्त दंगाई का नाम मोहम्मद शाहरुख़ है, जिसे दिल्ली पुलिस ने गिरफ़्तार कर लिया है। मोहम्मद शाहरुख़ के साथ कई अन्य उपद्रवी भी चिह्नित किए गए हैं। मोहम्मद शाहरुख़ की जब तक पहचान उजागर नहीं हुई थी, तब तक उसके नाम पर ‘भगवा आतंकवाद’ की बातें की जाती रही। जब उसकी पहचान सामने आ गई, तब शाहीन बाग़ में पिस्तौल लहराने वाले कपिल गुर्जर के साथ उसकी तुलना की जाने लगी। लिबरलों का गिरोह तब ‘इसका तो ठीक है लेकिन उसका क्या..’ वाले नैरेटिव पर उतर आया। शाहरुख़ के बारे में अभी ज्यादा कुछ पता नहीं चल पाया है लेकिन पूछताछ के बाद उसके बारे में और भी जानकारी सामने आने की सम्भावना है। नॉर्थ-ईस्ट दिल्ली में शाहरुख़ ने पुलिस पर फायरिंग की थी। उसने कुल 8 राउंड फायर किए थे। उस वक़्त उसने लाल रंग की टीशर्ट पहन रखी थी। वहीं भाजपा सांसद सुब्रह्मण्यन स्वामी ने केंद्रीय रक्षा मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह और केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री अमित शाह से अपील की है कि इस समस्या का समाधान सेना के द्वारा कराया जाए। स्वामी ने राजनाथ को सलाह दी कि वो शाह से कहें कि दिल्ली में सीएए विरोधी दंगाइयों से निपटने के लिए सेना की सहायता लें।

उधर दिल्ली में अमित शाह ने एक उच्च-स्तरीय बैठक में सीएए विरोधी दंगों और हिंसा को लेकर बातचीत की। इस बैठक में शामिल होने वाले मुख्यमंत्री अरविन्द केजरीवाल ने कहा कि इससे सकारात्मक परिणाम निकलेंगे। शाह ने इस दौरान पुलिस और विधायकों के समन्वय पर जोर दिया। केजरीवाल ने कहा कि उन्हें अधिकारियों का आश्वासन मिला है कि पुलिसकर्मियों की कमी नहीं होने दी जाएगी और क़ानून-व्यवस्था बनाए रखने के लिए परस्पर सहयोग के साथ काम किया जाएगा।

Second seniormost Bombay HC judge transferred. Mumbai: In a sudden transfer order, the Supreme Court on Wednesday notified the transfer of Justice Ranjit More of the Bombay High Court to Meghalaya High Court. The transfer comes as a shock as Justice More is the second seniormost judge in the HC after the Chief Justice and has been transferred to Meghalaya HC, which has the strength of two judges after the CJ. In its statement uploaded on the SC website, the collegium headed by Chief Justice of India Sharad Arvind Bobde notified the transfer of Justice More to Meghalaya HC. The notification indicated the transfer of Justices S Murlidhar and Ravi Malimath of the Delhi and Karnataka HCs respectively. While Justice Murlidhar has been proposed to be sent to Punjab and Haryana HC, Justice Malimath has been transferred to Uttarakhand HC. However, the notification from the law ministry, confirming the transfers are yet to be issued. Justice More (60), who hails from Satara, has served as an HC judge in Bombay for 14 years. He has passed important judgments right from ordering the demolition of the scam-tainted Adarsh building to granting bails to Pragya Singh Thakur and Col SP Purohit. Other important judgments pronounced by Justice More include the one passed last year, wherein he upheld the constitutional validity of the reservation to the Maratha community in public service and education. The said order has not yet been stayed by the SC. However, the one passed recently, was the release of Rakesh and Sarang Wadhawans, a prime accused in the multi-crore PMC bank scam. He had ordered shifting them from Arthur Road prison to their house to enable them to help in selling off their assets. The order was stayed by the SC, recently.

आचार्य चाणक्य ने नीति ग्रंथ के दूसरे अध्याय के छठे श्लोक में बताया है कि दुश्मनों पर भरोसा नहीं करना चाहिए, लेकिन कुछ बातें ऐसी भी है जो आपको अपने दोस्त को भी नहीं बतानी चाहिए। क्योकिं यदि उस दोस्त से आपकी लड़ाई हो जाती है तो वह सब बातें किसी और को बता सकता है और फायदा उठा सकता है। तो आइये जानते हैं कि दोस्त को कौनसी कौनसी बातें नहीं बतानी चाहिए।
अर्थनाशं मनस्तापं गृहे दुश्चरितानि च ।वञ्चनं चापमानं च मतिमान्न प्रकाशयेत॥१॥ यदि धन का नाश हो जाता है, या मन में किसी तरह का दुखः होने पर, पत्नी के बारे में गलत चरित्र का पता लगने, नीच व्यक्ति से कुछ घटिया बातें सुन लेने और खुद का अपमान होने पर ऐसी बातें किसी को नहीं बतानी चाहिए।
चाणक्य के अनुसार कभी व्यवसाय, नौकरी, पैसों का लेनदेन, या यदि कोई आपका धन चुरा ले तो ऐसी बातें अपने दोस्त को भी नहीं बतानी चाहिए।

Why, then, be angry, reverend sir, for no cause?” Casting a glance at his axe, Parshuram replied, “O foolish child, have you never heard of my temper? I slay you not because, as I say, you are a child yet; do you take me for a mere anchorite, O dullard? I have been a celibate from my very boyhood, but also an irascible one; and I am known throughout the world as a sworn enemy of the Kshatriya race. By the might of my arm I made the earth kingless and bestowed it time after time upon the Brahmins. Look at this axe, which lopped off the arms of Sahasrabahu (the thousand-armed Kartavirya), O youthful prince.” (1—4)

“अर्जुन का अहंकार:- एक बार अर्जुन को अहंकार हो गया कि वही भगवान के सबसे बड़े भक्त हैं। उनकी इस भावना को श्रीकृष्ण ने समझ लिया। एक दिन वह अर्जुन को अपने साथ घुमाने ले गए। रास्ते में उनकी मुलाकात एक गरीब ब्राह्मण से हुई। उसका व्यवहार थोड़ा विचित्र था। वह सूखी घास खा रहा था और उसकी कमर से तलवार लटक रही थी। अर्जुन ने उससे पूछा, ‘आप तो अहिंसा के पुजारी हैं। जीव हिंसा के भय से सूखी घास खाकर अपना गुजारा करते हैं। लेकिन फिर हिंसा का यह उपकरण तलवार क्यों आपके साथ है?’ ब्राह्मण ने जवाब दिया, ‘मैं कुछ लोगों को दंडित करना चाहता हूं।’ आपके शत्रु कौन हैं? अर्जुन ने जिज्ञासा जाहिर की।
ब्राह्मण ने कहा, ‘मैं चार लोगों को खोज रहा हूं, ताकि उनसे अपना हिसाब चुकता कर सकूं। सबसे पहले तो मुझे नारद की तलाश है। नारद मेरे प्रभु को आराम नहीं करने देते, सदा भजन-कीर्तन कर उन्हें जागृत रखते हैं। फिर मैं द्रौपदी पर भी बहुत क्रोधित हूं। उसने मेरे प्रभु को ठीक उसी समय पुकारा, जब वह भोजन करने बैठे थे। उन्हें तत्काल खाना छोड़ पांडवों को दुर्वासा ऋषि के शाप से बचाने जाना पड़ा। उसकी धृष्टता तो देखिए उसने मेरे भगवान को झूठा खाना खिलाया।’ आपका तीसरा शत्रु कौन है? अर्जुन ने पूछा। वह है हृदयहीन प्रह्लाद। उस निर्दयी ने मेरे प्रभु को गरम तेल के कड़ाह में प्रविष्ट कराया, हाथी के पैरों तले कुचलवाया और अंत में खंभे से प्रकट होने के लिए विवश किया। और चौथा शत्रु है अर्जुन। उसकी दुष्टता देखिए। उसने मेरे भगवान को अपना सारथी बना डाला। उसे भगवान की असुविधा का तनिक भी ध्यान नहीं रहा। कितना कष्ट हुआ होगा मेरे प्रभु को।’ यह कहते ही ब्राह्मण की आंखों में आंसू आ गए। यह देख अर्जुन का घमंड चूर-चूर हो गया।
उसने श्रीकृष्ण से क्षमा मांगते हुए कहा, ‘मान गया प्रभु, इस संसार में न जाने आपके कितने तरह के भक्त हैं। मैं तो कुछ भी नहीं हूं।
